State police want data from the phones in their investigation into the death of the 3-month-old son of Tallia Charlebois.

Charlebois is charged with involuntary manslaughter, accused of being responsible for the Jan. 26 death of her 3-month-old son Matteo. The investigator said he also learned Children and Youth would not provide the phones without a search warrant. So police got one. The phones have been turned over and sent to a lab to try extract the data that Reiner claims will greatly aid in the prosecution of Charlebois.
An emergency medical technician claimed Charlebois asked him if her son could be given Narcan, a drug given to reverse overdoses. Natalia Solomon, a friend of Charlebois, called 911 for a welfare check when she left the apartment about 5 a.m. because of her concerns about mother and son.
