Arsenal's success this season only makes Tottenham hungrier ahead of north London derby, says Ben Davies AFC THFC
It’s been hard to ignore how good Premier League leaders Arsenal have been this season, especially for their rivals Tottenham., Spurs defender Ben Davies has admitted that while he’s been impressed with the Gunners, he only sees their success as ‘extra motivation’ for their own season.Advertisement
Fast forward to this season, though, and the Gunners have bounced back from last term’s disappointment and sit five points clear at the top of the Premier League. However, whilst Davies believes the Gunners proved to make the right decision in keeping the Spaniard, he’s insisted that their success only makes them hungrier for success, rather than be put down by it.
