Four people have been struck and killed near the Cameron and Market intersection since August of 2021.
Harrisburg police charged Eddie Rushin, 61, of Harrisburg, with vehicular homicide while DUI. A Harrisburg man was driving nearly 20 mph over the speed limit last year when he crashed into two pedestrians in a city crosswalk, killing one and seriously hurting the other, police said.
