FALLING OBJECT: A motorist driving July 14 on Lincoln Highway between Cooper and Prairie roads reportedly escaped injury from an object thrown from the Metra overpass that damaged the vehicle’s bumper, hood and a door, police said.ARSON ALLEGED: A 38-year-old Chicago man accused of trying to use fireworks July 7 to ignite a home is scheduled to appear at a July 30 hearing at Bridgeview on a two-count felony charge, according to police and Cook County court records.
