Sony said it would shut down its live TV bundle, PlayStation Vue, on Jan. 30, 2020

The bundle of live streamed TV first launched in 2014 and offers 80 channels. As of May, the service had over 800,000 total subscribers. Vue is supported by devices outside of the PlayStation family of consoles including Roku players, Apple TV, Amazon Fire TV and Android TV, as well as various mobile devices.
In September, the Walt Disney Company inked a deal with Sony to continue offering its content on the PS Vue platform. The agreement expanded on the companies' previous deal and includes Disney's newly acquired FX and National Geographic networks — which the company attained as part of its 21st Century Fox acquisition earlier this year — as well as ESPN’s new ACC Network.
