Rocky Loveless says he wrote a funny obituary about his dad James, who died at age 60 on June 14, to bring him back to life momentarily.
So thank goodness for the tongue-in-cheek one written recently by one of the sons of fried-food lover, ladies man and proud trailer park resident James Loveless of Kentucky, who died on June 14 at the age of 60,The obituary, penned by Rocky Loveless, begins: “As a gluttonous eater of fried foods and snack cakes, as well as the occasional chili cheese dog, James, tried in vain to give up the ghost by clogging his arteries and having a stroke in 2015.
“There was Kathy, Mary Lou, Tammy, Debra, Carrie, Tina, etc., etc. ‘It’s the bones,’ he told us as proudly pointed to his skinny, pasty-white legs. Women love a good shin.’”
