ERIE COUNTY, Ohio – About 40 vehicles were damaged Sunday when a snow plow tossed slush onto the opposite side of the Ohio Turnpike near Sandusky, the State Highway Patrol said.which shows the slush hit several vehicles, causing at least one car to spin out. Several vehicles were struck by the debris and crashed into other vehicles or guardrails, the Highway Patrol said.
At least 12 people were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries, Santiaga said. The video shows that the snow plow appeared to be traveling about the same speed as other vehicles on the highway.
