“We’re in the process of selecting an affordable housing developer for that,” she said. “By doing this first 100 units, we’re already ahead of the curve as it relates to keeping up with the 10 percent phase.”“That includes the grocery store and other various food and beverage offerings,” she said. “And the Innovation District to host folks who might be coming to do business with one of our partners within the Innovation District or conference activities.”
