After police received a report of a slow-moving box truck swerving all over the road 10:45 p.m. May 9, an officer had no problem catching up to the Cleveland driver, 31, at speeds varying between 10 to 45 m.p.h. Ignoring police lights and sirens behind him, the subject continued to drive and swerve northbound through Bainbridge Township and South Russell Village to the Russell Township border where stop sticks flattened his tires.
