Open to union and non-union performers of any ethnicity, age and gender
“Shoresy”, the hockey-based spinoff of the sitcom comedy series “Letterkenny”, is looking for background performers for its second season.
Airing on Crave and produced in Sudbury, Shoresy is preparing to film season two of the series. Shoresy is described as a comedy spinoff of Letterkenny, in which main character Shoresy joins the Sudbury Bulldogs, a struggling senior team in Northern Ontario, and embarks on a mission to "never lose again."
The show centers around the character Shoresy, who is a hockey player and the main antagonist in "Letterkenny." In "Shoresy," the character is the main protagonist and a member of the Bulldogs. The team makes a pledge to never lose again, leading to the recruitment of several iconic Canadian hockey players. The show is known for its comedic tone and references to Canadian culture, particularly hockey.All filming will be in the Sudbury area and there is no vaccination policy.
Performers to play hockey fans are needed April 18, 19 and 20. The production also needs two families consisting of two parents with one child each for the following dates: April 25, 26, 27 and 28, and May 7, 8, 9 and 10.
