Houston was great with a soundbite about his Houston solutions. And it paid off with a majority Progressive Conservative Government. But it came with a huge promise: fixing health care. Some academics and political watchers may disagree. But in a lot of ways, there was a sense that Darrell Dexter was more conservative than the Progressive Conservatives. And that he was less liberal than the Liberals.
