Currently, the state of California is enforcing a statewide indoor mask mandate that is scheduled to remain in place through Feb. 15. That mandate overrides all county policies, though thebecause of a pre-existing mask mandate San Francisco and other Bay Area counties adopted over the summer of 2021 in response to the delta variant.
