Police shut London Bridge after reports of shooting
The police said it was dealing with an incident at London Bridge at around 2 p.m. local time, adding it was called to a stabbing at a premises near to London Bridge. Video footage, which NBC News has verified, shows police aiming their weapons at a person on ground.
A CNBC reporter traveling in the area has confirmed that the bridge is now closed off and that a lorry is parked at a 90 degree angle across the road.A tweet from the London Ambulance Service has described it as a major incident.Trending Now
