Traffic is backed up in both directions on Route 9 in Old Bridge following a serious crash Tuesday morning, officials said., the state Department of Transportation’s traffic website.“Expect delays throughout the day as police investigation continues,” the Old Bridge school district said in an alert sent at 7:54 a.m.
