As Senior Legal Counsel, you will assist and advice Perstorp Group Companies , units and functions as well as the VP Head of Legal Department in various legal matters. The role is both varied and dynamic, as you will work with a very wide spread of legal matters. You will draft, review and negotiate various commercial agreements but also, for instance, work with financing matters, investments and M&A projects.
The Legal Department is responsible for the group´s overall needs of legal services. Hence you will work close to the business and have daily contact with colleagues both in Sweden and cross-border. You will be part of the Legal Department and report to the VP Head of Legal. The Legal Department comprises five legal counsels and one executive assistant. Our office is located in the city center of Malmö, next to the train station.
