A new seniors community is planned in Dallas on Inwood Road near Highland Park.
Developers are planning a new seniors community just west of Highland Park.
The almost 3-acre complex of independent and assisted-living units is planned by Harbert South Bay Partners on Inwood Road near Lemmon Avenue. It would replace the Fairwood Apartments, which date to the late 1940s. Harbert and design and engineering firm Arcadis recently presented plans for the project to the Oak Lawn Committee. The proposed development would be built around a large internal courtyard, with a separate wing for memory care and assisted-living residents.D-FW Real Estate News
