The former Disney stars had an emotional talk about mental health.
Miley and Sel got super real about their mental health, especially with the current coronavirus pandemic. Selena even revealed that she has been diagnosed with bipolar disorder, but that she is not letting it bother her one bit.
She reveals that she has been dealing with everything through writing and reconnecting with people to make sure that they're doing okay. "There are moments where I just have to center myself and let the thoughts come in. Sometimes I’ll write them down, and then completely just sit with, 'What is it? What is the root of this? Why can I get to the bottom of this?' And it really helps me," she continued.
