The westbound lanes of Highway 174 are reduced to one lane in Ottawa's east end following a crash at the start of the Canada Day long weekend.
Ottawa police say a truck rolled over on the highway, spilling oil and debris across the highway.Paramedics transported two people to hospital with minor injuries.
