Second teenager charged with murder in north Houston motel shooting
Cell phone records and Lyft receipts both place Duron at the motel near the time of the shooting, according to court records. In a voluntary police statement Duron alleged it was her boyfriend — a juvenile whose age and name were not disclosed in court records — who shot Fiamahn. Duron told police her boyfriend shot Fiamhn after he accused the two of stealing drugs from him. Duron's boyfriend was a drug dealer, and Fiamhn his supplier, she alleges.
Investigators noted in court records that Duron gave partial truths and lied several times in her statement. Sheriff's office officials did not publicly release whether the charged juvenile is Duron's alleged boyfriend.
