JOHN'S, N.L. — The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary say a second individual, an 18-year-old male, has been charged with being an accessory after the fact in the attack of a youth outside of Prince of Wales Collegiate last week.
This is the second person who has been arrested in relation to the attack on a 16-year-old student at a St. John’s high school on Thursday, March 9. On Friday, March 10, the Royal Newfoundland Constabulary charged a 15-year-old boy, whose identity is protected by law due to his age, with attempted murder, aggravated assault, assault with a weapon, wearing a disguise with intent to commit a crime and breaches of prior court orders after taking him into custody late Friday morning.
