Speaking before the game against the Toronto Blue Jays on Friday night, Seattle Mariners manager Scott Servais spoke about the struggles of infielder Jorge Polanco and what comes next for him."It's been a struggle to get any traction going offensively. We're trying to get him going a little bit. We're at that point in the season where we're trying to find somebody to ride the hot hand so to speak and give somebody else a shot. But the focus here is to get 'Polo going.
Polanco is hitting just .195 this season with five home runs.
