As the Mariners put it, research shows that kids from these communities are less likely to get into those sports organizations. The Mariners Hometown Nine program intends to remove those barriers.To let the new class know they made it in this amazing organization, Mariners players left them video messages. The joy from those kids, getting messages from Raleigh, J.P. Crawford, Andres Munoz, Luke Raley, Logan Gilbert, and more meant the world.
