They claim to be the first mainstream Scottish station ever to play nothing but Christmas hits and festive hidden gems. Robin Galloway, Pure Radio Scotland’s breakfast host, said: “It’s never been done on radio in this country before and the listeners are going to love the wall-to-wall Christmas tunes.
“We’re standing by for our phone lines to light up like a Christmas tree and are ready to be snowed under with messages from delighted listeners.” The station launched its switch on with a full-blown Christmas Party at 8am – with Annie the Alpaca playing the part of Rudolph live in studio.and even Santa Claus himself stopped by for a Ho Ho Hold on a second you can’t be serious.on DAB FM and via the Pure Radio app. Or ask your smart speaker to Play Pure Radio Scotland.
