A remote Scottish island estate that is only accessible by boat or on foot has advertised a unique job opportunity.
According to the job listing on Rural Recruits, the successful applicant would be required to undertake change-overs on four holiday cottages and a larger principle house in an "outstandingly attractive" rural location. Previous housekeeping experience is required, with experience working in holiday cottages, lodges, or chalets preferred. Additionally, the listing states that experience with small estate boats is "useful but not essential" as onsite training will be provided.
