Steph Mason was sent a 'proof of delivery' photo that was just a blurry square
A Scots mum has slammed Evri after her parcel went missing - despite the courier marking it as 'delivered'.
Speaking to Edinburgh Live, Steph explained: "They [Evri] didn't even tell me they were coming that day, so I didn't get the notification that they were on their way. When I did get it, it was the following morning, saying it had been delivered at around 10pm the night before." Studio has since issued credit to Steph and marked her order as a 'missing parcel'. However, Evri still has the item noted as 'delivered'.
"Sometimes they would just dump parcels down the stairs. At one point a bunch of parcels were left, some for different addresses, and they smelled of smoke.
