Joe crossover. His comments about the potential new role indicate that he will switch sides from being the leader of the Autobots in Transformers One to someone associated with the G.I. Joe team.
In the G.I. Joe canon, Scarlett is among the fiercest and deadliest characters. Her proficiency in combat includes everything from hand-to-hand fights, guns, knives, and her crossbow. There is no doubt that Johansson could believably bring the red-headed fighter to life and make her a standout character similar to Black Widow. It might seem like an obvious piece of casting to some degree, but that does not make it any less ideal of a partnership.
