Valley scored three runs each in the second and third innings and eliminated No. 3-ranked St. Paul’s 8-3 on Saturday in Game 3 of their Class 5A second-rounds series.
Edward McLeod had two hits for the Saints . Taylor O’Dell homered and Hudson Farnell drove in a run. The Tigers scored first in the second inning on Hyche’s single that scored Brody Black, who led off the inning with a single, but Andalusia got 2 runs in the top of the third inning for a 2-1 lead.
