A third-generation drummer, Templeman has graced stages throughout the province, Canada and the U.S., spanning almost any genre imaginable.
These days, he still enjoys seeing how much Templeman has progressed.
“You want to be on a winning team,” he continues, noting that successful bands tend to value things like being on time, being organized and being unselfish. While Prince Albert had the most lively crowds, the quality of Regina’s venues always stood out — especially a packed house at The Exchange while playing with Sparky, one of his earlier bands.
Eventually, Templeman discovered legendary New Orleans drummer Johnny Vidacovich. It only took a few lessons by video call to realize he’d found what he was looking for.
