Police have arrested a man for allegedly attacking a street vendor with a baseball bat in San Jose Saturday.
A food vendor said he was attacked with a baseball bat by an employee of nearby business Intex Auto Parts, police said.
After investigating, officers arrested a 43-year-old man for assault with a deadly weapon. Police said the suspect also tried to move the victim’s car by force, so police added an attempted carjacking charge. The victim did not want to receive medical attention, the extent of his injuries are unknown.A man selling hot dogs outside the SAP Center Thursday was brutally beaten by a man who demanded free food.
