SAN JOSE – Mayor Sam Liccardo announced Monday night he has tested positive for COVID-19.
“After feeling under the weather this evening, I tested positive for COVID-19,” Liccardo said in a statement. “I am thankful that my vaccination has prevented any serious symptoms so far.” Liccardo encouraged people to get vaccinated, use masks indoors and utilize free tests to help reduce the spread and risk of serious symptoms.After feeling under the weather this evening, I tested positive for COVID-19.
