San Diego police investigating shooting; one officer injured [Breaking]
A San Diego police canine officer was stabbed in the chest during a shooting Thursday afternoon in the Core-Columbia neighborhood, police confirmed.
Police officials released few details about the shooting, which, according to archived scanner traffic, happened in nearby apartment complex. Soon after the incident, dozens of officers and investigators could be seen standing in front of the Acqua Vista Condominiums.
