San Diego International Film Festival screens local indie film 'To Fall In Love'

San Diego filmmaker Michael Foster talks about the west coast premiere of his romantic drama.

. The festival showcases Hollywood and foreign films but also carves out a space for films with a San Diego connection.

Foster was inspired by the indie art house"Before Sunrise" films that were just about two people talking, and by the popular"Rocky."
