Dak Prescott didn't have to do much running in an easy win over Cleveland last week, but a matchup with the Saints defense presents a much different challenge, which could lead to plenty of rush yards for the Cowboys QB.

Unfortunately for Dak, outside of re-upping WR1 CeeDee Lamb, Dallas didn’t spend much money on the guys around him. We’ll want to take any results against Carolina with a grain of salt, but New Orleans’ plan of attack must focus on disrupting Prescott and the passing game. Making Dallas hurry will nullify the deep threat, and I believe we’ll see Prescott having to use his legs more than he did in Week 1 .
This total is too high. The Saints get a true test in the Dallas defense and the Cowboys' offense was much worse than its Week 1 scoreline leads you to believe. The look-ahead line in the summer listed Dallas as a 6-point favorite. Bookies opened the official Week 2 spread as low as Cowboys -6 and took money to -6.5 and even -7 before buyback on NOLA shaved this spread to as low as -5.5 at some operators. The Over/Under was at 44.5 on the look-ahead lines before Week 1.
