Sabrina Carpenter surprised fans on Friday night with a sneak peek of an unreleased song off of her forthcoming album, Short n’ Sweet. Carpenter took the stage at the Grammy Museum's Clive Davis Theater in Los Angeles on August 2 for a moderated discussion, performance, and a guest appearance by producer and collaborator Jack Antonoff.
'Super random of me so it's called ‘Slim Pickins’ and I hope you like it.” Carpenter also performed her hit songs “Espresso,” and “Please Please Please” during the set. The rising pop star announced in early June that her sixth studio album Short n' Sweet would be released on August 23 followed by the Short n' Sweet Tour starting September 23.
