SAN ANTONIO — A trek through San Antonio traffic can be frustrating. There's congestion, construction, and distracted drivers. Some San Antonio council members are calling for a city-wide traffic analysis."Driving in San Antonio is an extremely frustrating experience," he said."One of the greatest number of calls that we get are request for traffic solutions and speed bumps.""It would look at traffic patterns, that will look at congestion,“ he said.
The city leader said a study like this is needed to also understand the current and future growth of the city.McKee-Rodriguez added this isn't going to happen overnight, and a study like this can be costly. There are still several more steps like getting feedback from city staff and going through committees.
