Greg Schiano’s remarks certainly are interesting in retrospect.
Greg Schiano may have tipped the world off to a potential Michigan cheating scandal roughly one month ago but no one listened.Michigan clobbered Rutgers, 31-7, on Sept. 23, and Schiano participated in a Big Ten Network interview while walking off the field at halftime.
Reporter Brooke Fletcher asked Schiano about Rutgers’ four first-half penalties and how his team could clean that up in the second half.. “There’s some things going on that aren’t right as well, so we’ll talk about how to handle it.”NJ Advance Media reported that Schiano’s remarks had to do with the officiating and were not an attempt to insinuate Michigan employed any devious tactics.A source told ESPN that Michigan has used an “elaborate” scouting system to steal signs from future opponents since 2021.
