A video shows a woman and a city administrator break into a furious argument with the pair shouting in each others' faces.
"The men were sent to the frontline, their units were destroyed piece by piece, so some retreated to Starobils'k. Note the language used by the administration representative," he wrote.
"The situation is as such, our husbands reached out today for the first time in a week, asking for help," a woman in the viral video said according to the translation.
