The United States, Britain, France and several other countries are set to bring a resolution up for a vote Friday in the U.N. Security Council that would condemn Russia's invasion of Ukraine.

The Ukrainian ambassador told Security Council members it's"too late" to speak about an escalation of Russian aggression against Ukraine.
