West Publishing Corporation, a unit of Thomson Reuters, extended its lease at Rudin’s 3 Times Square for five more years. It’s the latest sign of continued progress at the tower, where more than 430,000 square feet were leased in the past 18 months., Touro College inked a landmark deal there for 243,000 square feet. The college celebrated the opening of its new, consolidated campus in the tower in April.
