Royal Caribbean Cruise and NURSECON are being sued by nurses who claim they are not offering refunds for the convention canceled by the coronavirus.
Jeffrey A. Kasky, an adviser to NURSECON, tells TMZ ..."Anybody with few hundred dollar bills can file a lawsuit, that doesn't mean it has any merit."
According to new legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Mitchell claims the NURSECON founder is plotting to steal the $2,578 cruise fee from each of the 1,500 nurses who were scheduled to attend before the outbreak scuttled everything.
