Victor, N.Y. — Raven Walton of Rochester faces felony charges after she allegedly stole tens of thousands of dollars worth of fragrances from a local Ulta Beauty store.Walton, 30, of Rochester, has been remanded to the Ontario County Jail following a Tuesday arraignment in Ontario County CAP Court. Ontario County Sheriff David Cirencione said after Walton was arrested back in December, she was banned from entering Ulta Beauty stores.

"There are cameras everywhere," said Cirencione. "Good quality cameras in the stores, across the street at the mall, out in the parking lots, we can see everything from when they get out of their cars, leave, commit the act, that’s all on camera." "They're felonies," said Cirencione. "People can end up going to state prison from this and, to steal fragrances and cologne and make a few bucks on the internet? You’re better off looking for a legitimate job."
