Rob Lowe putting grand California manor back up for sale, for $42.5 million:
Actor Rob Lowe’s verdant three-acre estate in Montecito, California, is going back up for sale with a new price next week, Mansion Global has learned.
The 55-year-old Brat Packer and “West Wing” star and his wife, jewelry designer Sheryl Lowe, who once asked $47 million for the palatial Georgian-style mansion, plan to list the home again on Monday for $42.5 million.
