The Royal Newfoundland Constabulary said officers have secured a home on Monchy Street and closed traffic to the area during the investigation.Police said more updates will be provided as they become available.Officers have contained a residence in the area, and have closed access to traffic on Monchy Street while the investigation is ongoing.
