Rehousing costs are adding up for taxpayers, with only five families needing temporary hotel stays. The property's lenders have filed a case in federal court to appoint a receiver, while also working with a potential buyer to rehabilitate the housing units.
Township leaders are also applying for grants to fund a possible demolition, which is estimated to cost $2.5 million
