The former South Carolina governor was in Palos Verdes Estates on Sunday and West Hollywood on Monday, and was set to visit Newport Beach on Tuesday afternoon.
Former South Carolina Gov. Nikki Haley is scheduled to conduct her third fundraiser in three days on Tuesday, June 13, amid her first trip to Southern California since declaring her candidacy for the 2024 Republican presidential nomination.
The $1,000 per person Tuesday afternoon fundraiser will be in Newport Beach, according to an invitation obtained by City News Service. Haley, who was also an ambassador to the United Nations, conducted fundraisers Sunday in Palos Verdes Estates and Monday in West Hollywood as well.Campaigns are required to file their fundraising totals by July 15, a test of the viability of their campaigns and a factor for inclusion in the first debate of the 2024 campaign, set for Aug. 23 in Milwaukee.
