“It is so vague that we’re not going to accuse you of breaking the law, but we need to investigate this further to make sure there are no procedures taking place that will break state law,” he said. The city also planned to send copies of the resolution to Gov. Greg Abbott and Dallas representatives in the state House and Senate.
