A suspect is in custody after Rep. Nancy Mace, R-S.C., says she was "physically accosted" on U.S. Capitol grounds Tuesday night.
Just before 6 p.m., the Member of Congress' office reported an incident in the Rayburn House Office Building. Police said House Division Officers and Threat Assessment Section agents tracked down the suspect. McIntyre was interviewed and then subsequently arrested.
