Kimmel, the host of"Jimmy Kimmel Live,” joked this week that Greene was “especially upset with the three Republican senators who said they’ll vote yes on Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson, who’s nominated for the Supreme Court.” “Wow, where is Will Smith when you really need him?” Kimmel said, appearing to reference Will Smith slapping Chris Rock onstage at the Oscars last month.
Greene shared a clip of the comments on Twitter, adding “this threat of violence against me by @jimmykimmel has been filed with the @CapitolPolice."
