The Coalition to Regulate Marijuana Like Alcohol gets an additional 10 days to blanket the state with signature gatherers to make up for the shortfall, according to state rules.

The backers of the Just Like Alcohol proposal are businesses involved in Ohio’s medical marijuana program. Among provisions under the-People ages 21 and older could purchase marijuana for recreational purposes. They could also “home grow” up to six cannabis plants at their primary residence. -A new Division of Cannabis Control would be created within the Ohio Department of Commerce, which would regulate the drug from seed to sale – including cultivation, processing, product testing and dispensing.
