A single ticket purchased in Florida has won the record-breaking $1.58 billion Mega Millions jackpot, making it the third-largest lottery prize in U.S. history. The ticket was bought at Publix supermarket in Neptune Beach, east of Jacksonville.

The lucky Mega Millions ticket — which has a estimated cash option of $783.3 million — was bought at Publix supermarket in Neptune Beach, the Florida Lottery said. Neptune Beach is east of Jacksonville.will be determined after ticket sales are tabulated from all participating lotteries.

Seven second-prize tickets sold across the country matched five numbers but not the Mega Ball. None were bought in New Jersey. Among then were bought one ticket each in Florida and North Carolina that are worth $2 million each since the winners spent an extra $1 for the Megaplier option.
